Dear Sir
Please find herewith my following reactions on the Proposed Finance Bill 2009
"
In my Opinion, this BUDGET lack the desire and will to iplement the schemes and propositions for the very simple reason.Take the case of JUDICIARY, which is being considered one the most prominent pillar of DEMOCRACY.There is not a single paise allocation or provision for the improvement and betterment of present state of affairs of Judiciary. We all know the poor state of affairs of functioning of Judicial System in 110+ Crore populated Country Like India.Where is the will to fasten the process of Judicial System so that every case filed can be disposed off on scheduled time. What is the Govt's planning revamping the education system so that more and more law professionals India can produce to tackle the huge piling of cases scattered all over India. It is very easy to announce the schemes, propositions for penalty for non-compliances.But do you have the will and resources to tackle this sorry state of affairs. If somebody has committed something wrong, the judiciary takes decades in delivery of the judgement and in some case after the death of the related parties or the issues are scrapped due to demise of the related parties.
That Simple reason is known to everyone. The Political class or bureacucrat do not want to change the system because they all are the beneficiary of this system.Every Finance Minister announce the new schemes and propositions and forget about the previous announced schemes and their implementations and desired results.ONLY BUDGETING AND PROPOSITION OF LAW DOESNOT EMPOWER YOU TO DO JUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY.
YOU MAKE A NEW CHAPTER AND AFTER A YEAR OR TWO SCRAPPED THAT CHAPTER.DON'T YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY AND ENERGY OF ALL SEGMENT OF THE SOCIETY IS WASTED. (Read FBT).
Untill and unless the will to change and implement the proposition will be missing, nobudget can give you the desired results. "

Thanking You
Yours sincerely
