“I would like to congratulate the Finance Minister for identifying health and rural infrastructure as focus areas in the Union Budget. By significantly augmenting both the National Rural Health Mission and the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana the Budget has ensured greater access to primary healthcare services.
